The Board of Directors of EPMB wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek its shareholders' approval for the followings at the forthcoming 25th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company, the date of which will be announced later:-
1) Proposed renewal of authority for the Company to purchase its own shares ("Proposed Share Buy-back"); and 2) Proposed renewal of shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandate").
(Collectively known as "the Proposals").
The authorities given by the shareholders for the Proposed Share Buy-back and Proposed Shareholders' Mandate at the AGM of the Company held on 21 July 2020 will expire at the conclusion of the forthcoming AGM.
A Statement/Circular to Shareholders containing details of the Proposals will be issued to the Shareholders in due course.
