(I) PROPOSED RENEWAL OF SHARE BUY-BACK AUTHORITY; AND
(II) PROPOSED RENEWAL OF AND NEW SHAREHOLDERS MANDATE FOR RECURRENT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS OF A REVENUE OR TRADING NATURE

The Board of Directors of RANHILL wishes to announce that RANHILL intends to seek its shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Seventh Annual General Meeting of the Company, for the following proposals:-
1. Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority; and
2. Proposed Renewal of and New Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature
(collectively, referred to as “Proposals”)
A Share Buy-Back Statement and Circular to Shareholders containing details of the above Proposals will be despatched together with the Company’s 2020 Annual Report.
