Further to the announcements dated 1 April 2020, 1 July 2020, 3 August 2020, 29 September 2020 and 31 December 2020 in relation to the Proposed Disposal, the Board of Directors of KIBB wishes to announce that Kenanga Investors Berhad and Ericsenz Partners Sdn Bhd (collectively referred to as “the Parties”) have fulfilled all the conditions precedent pursuant to the Share Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) dated 1 April 2020, with the receipt of the approval on the Proposed Disposal from the Securities Commission Malaysia on 26 March 2021.
The Parties will proceed to complete the Proposed Disposal in accordance with the terms of the SPA.
