Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19 (46) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of BTM Resources Berhad ("BTM" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Board of Directors of BTM had on 26 March 2021 approved the Valuation Reports and the incorporation of the net revaluation surplus (net of deferred tax) arising from the revaluation in the Company's unaudited financial results for the Fourth Quarter of the Financial Year ended 31 December 2020 (FY2020).
