Pursuant to Rule 8.25(1) and Guidance Note 4 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of MPay wishes to announce the aggregate amount of financial assistance as at 31 December 2020 provided by its wholly-owned subsidiary, ManagePay Resources Sdn. Bhd., a licensed money lending company, for the fourth quarter ended 31 December 2020 was RM46,573.20.
FINANCIAL IMPACT Share Capital The provision of financial assistance has no effect on the share capital and shareholding structure of MPay Group for the quarter ended 31 December 2020.
Earnings There is no material impact on the earnings per share for the quarter ended 31 December 2020.
Net Assets (“NA”) There is no impact on the NA of MPay for the quarter ended 31 December 2020.
