Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (“MRCB” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Semasa Parking Sdn Bhd, has today entered into a Vehicle Parking Agreement with MBSB Tower Sdn Bhd ("MTSB") with regard to the allocation of car and motorcycle parking bays at PJ Sentral car park to MTSB for a period of fifteen (15) years at a total estimated consideration of up to RM13.56 million (excluding SST) (known as “the Transaction”).
