The Company's solicitors, Messrs Krish Maniam & Co. had notified the Company that on 30 March 2021, this matter came up for Decision for Enclosure 9 (the Plaintiff’s Summary Judgment Application) and Enclosure 17 (the Plaintiff’s Striking Out Application) and the Court had allowed Enclosure 17 with costs of RM15,000.00 and Enclosure 9 with costs of RM8,000.00.

The Defendants had instructed its solicitors to file appeal and stay of execution against the above judgments.

The Company will make the necessary announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are further developments in relation thereof and/or upon receipt of any further directions by the Court.
