The Board of Directors (“Board”) of PLB Engineering Bhd (“PLB” or the “Company”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, PLB Land Sdn Bhd (“PLD” or the “Purchaser”) had on 31 March 2021 entered into a Share Sale Agreement (the “Agreement”) with En Mardzukhi Bin Abu Bakar (“En Mardzukhi” or the “Vendor”), to acquire the 60% equity interest comprising of 6,000 Ordinary Shares (the “Sale Shares”) in Desanova Development Sdn Bhd (“Desanova”) for a total cash consideration of RM3,983,520.00 (the “Consideration”) (“Acquisition”).
