We refer to the Company’s latest unaudited financial result for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 (“Q4 Result”) which was released on 29 March 2021.

The Board of Directors (“Board”) of Bertam wishes to announce that based on its Q4 Result, the Company has further triggered Paragraph 8.03A(2)(b) of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“Main LR”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), whereby the Company has an insignificant business or operations due to its revenue for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 being less than 5% of its share capital.

The Company was an affected listed issuer since 4 April 2018.

Bursa Securities had on 23 October 2020 granted the Company’s application for an extension of time up to 3 April 2021 to submit the Regularisation Plan to the regulatory authorities.
