Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, SAMEE wishes to announce that the grant of shares to the eligible employees of the Company under the ESGS has taken effect on 31 March 2021.
The details of ESGS shares granted to the eligible employees of the Company are set out as below: -
Remarks: * The market price is computed based on 5-day volume weighted average market price of SAMEE shares prior to the date of the vesting. # The award was granted to the eligible employees in 2019 in accordance to the By-Laws of ESGS with vesting conditions to be fulfilled before it is converted into the Company’s shares.
