We wish to announce that the SERBADK-C15 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 31 Mar 2021 (Expiry Date) and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below. Cash Settlement Amount = Number of SERBADK-C15 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio) = Number of SERBADK-C15 x (RM1.7183 - RM1.75) x (1/2) = Number of SERBADK-C15 x RM0.0000 The Closing Price of RM1.7183 is the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of SERBADK shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date. As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, warrantholders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised SERBADK-C15 will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect of the SERBADK-C15 shall terminate absolutely.
