The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals. We refer to the earlier announcements dated 30 September 2020, 6 November 2020, 9 December 2020 and 23 March 2021 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that SHC had on 30 March 2021 entered into a supplemental letter with Tunas Selatan Construction Sdn Bhd to extend the cut-off date to fulfil the conditions precedent of the SSA to 30 June 2021. Save for the above, all other terms in the SSA shall remain unchanged.
