On behalf of the Board of Directors, we wish to make an announcement pertaining to a related party transaction (“RPT”) made between Teck Guan Development (Sabah) Sdn Bhd ("TGD") and Tawau Cocoa Estate Sdn Bhd (“TCE”) in accordance with paragraph 10.08(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”). TGD has been appointed to work on the upgrading of facilities for TCE at a consideration of RM1,445,756.01 ("the Said Transaction").
