We refer to the earlier announcement dated 3 February 2021.
The Board of Directors of RGTBHD ("Board") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate, which is necessary for the day-to-day operations of Rapid Growth Technology Sdn Bhd and RGT Industries Sdn Bhd, at a general meeting of the Company to be convened.
The Circular to shareholders of RGTBHD containing details of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
