We refer to the Company’s announcement made on 20 January 2021 pertaining to the Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”) entered between Fintec Glove Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 202001025522 (1381842-A)], a wholly-owned subsidiary of FINTEC, and ROBAYU Corporation sp. z o.o. [NIP: 5311580976] to spearhead its sales and distribution of medical grade nitrile examination gloves in Warsaw, Poland and Eastern Europe, the Board of Directors of FINTEC wishes to inform that there was no material development on the MOA since the signing of the MOA dated 20 January 2021.
