The Board of Directors of Omesti Berhad wishes to announce that Omesti Holdings Berhad, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had during the period from 2 September 2020 to 31 March 2021 acquired a total of 4,937,700 ordinary shares (“Microlink Shares”) in Microlink Solutions Berhad (“Microlink”), representing 2.046% of the total number of issued shares of Microlink in the open market for a total cash consideration of RM9,709,708.97 only or at an average of RM1.966 per Microlink Share (“Acquisitions”).
