We refer to the announcement made on 01 March 2021 as well as the monthly announcements in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer pursuant to PN17 of the Listing Requirements.
Bursa Securities had on 04 February 2021 granted the Company an extension of time up to 30 June 2021 to submit its proposed regularisation plan to Bursa Securities.
The Company is in the midst of formulating its regularisation plan and there are no other material developments since the previous monthly announcement.
