Unless otherwise defined, the defined terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in our announcement dated 26 March 2021 in relation to the Arbitration Claim (“Announcement”).
Reference is made to our Announcement pertaining to the Arbitration Claim.
The Board of Directors of Dancomech wishes to announce that our wholly-owned subsidiary, DESB, has on 31 March 2021, via its solicitors, received a letter of demand from Messrs Gan Partnership, acting for the Claimant, claiming for the Final Award amounting to RM1,142,837.19 to be paid to the Claimant by 7 April 2021.
DESB is currently seeking the advice of its solicitors on the matter. In this regard, any further material development of the matter will be announced in due course.
