Further to the Company’s announcements made on 17 July 2019, 22 July 2019, 23 July 2019, 4 September 2019, 13 July 2020 and 30 December 2020 in relation to the Proposed Disposal (“the Announcements”). All abbreviation terms here shall have the same meaning as those set out in the Announcements unless otherwise stated.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that Zoomic Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“the Vendor”), the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and with reference to the Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) dated 17 July 2019 between the Vendor and RHB Trustees Berhad as trustee for Axis Real Estate Investment Trust (“the Purchaser” or “Axis-REIT”) on the Proposed Disposal of Bayan Lepas Factory expired on 31 December 2020, whereby it has extended until 31 March 2021.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the Purchaser had granted a further extension until 21 April 2021.
