We refer to the issuance of notice of additional assessment (“Notice”) dated 13 July 2020 for the year of assessment ("YA") 2018 by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (“IRB”) and our announcements dated 14 July 2020, 21 July 2020, 10 August 2020, 21 September 2020, 30 September 2020, 19 October 2020, 18 December 2020, 31 December 2020, 27 January 2021 and 17 February 2021.

Pursuant to the case management held on 31 March 2021, the High Court on 2 April 2021 has fixed the hearing date for this case on 27 July 2021.

The stay of proceedings which was granted previously on 16 February 2021 by the High Court, shall continue until the disposal of the Judicial Review application.
