We refer to the announcement made on 4 April 2018 (“First Announcement”) and monthly announcements made by the Company in relation to the Company being classified as a PN 17 Issuer pursuant to Practice Note 17 of Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) (“Listing Requirements”). The terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the First Announcement.

Pursuant to Bursa Securities’ letter dated 23 October 2020, the Company granted extension of time (“EOT”) until 3 April 2021 to submit a proposed regularisation plan to relevant authorities.

On 3 April 2021, the Company has submitted an application for a further extension of time up to 3 October 2021 to comply with Paragraph 8.04(3) of the Listing Requirements (“5th EOT Application”), the outcome of which is subject to Bursa Securities’ approval. An announcement in relation to the outcome of the 5th EOT Application will be released in due course.
