All defined terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Information Memorandum dated 28 December 2020 issued by BV Land Holdings Berhad.

The opening, closing and balloting dates of application are not applicable as this is an Excluded Issue within the meanings of Section 230 of the Capital Markets and Services Act, 2007 in conjunction with the listing of BV Land Holdings Berhad on the LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. This timetable is tentative and is subject to changes which may be necessary to facilitate implementation procedures.
