The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 5 April 2021 received the Notice of Registration of New Name pursuant to Section 28 of the Companies Act 2016 dated 2 April 2021 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia. 

Accordingly, the name of the Company has been changed from "GPA HOLDINGS BERHAD" to "JOE HOLDING BERHAD" with effect from 2 April 2021.
