Reference is made to the announcements dated 21 August 2020, 9 September 2020, 9 October 2020 and 17 December 2020 (“Announcements”). The terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.
The Board of Directors of Bertam wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, MV Properties Sdn Bhd (“MPSB”) had on 5 April 2021 received a letter from the Company’s Solicitors informing that the Learned Judge had allowed MPSB to do the reassessment of taxation until 21 May 2021, failing which the Summary Judgement (Order 14 application) amount will stand.
The Company will announce further development pertaining to the above matter as and when necessary.
