MATERIAL LITIGATION MATERIAL LITIGATION PURSUANT TO PARAGRAPH 9.04(F) OF THE BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES MALAYSIA BERHAD MAIN MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENT
For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the announcement dated 26 August 2019.
We refer to our announcement dated 26 August 2019, 20 September 2019, 21 January 2020, 8 September 2020 and 3 February 2021 in respect of the above Suit.
The Board wishes to update that KTS's Solicitors had informed the Company today that the Defendants entered into a consent judgment with the Plaintiff on 4 April 2021.
The salient terms of the Consent Judgment are as follows:-
i. RM60,000 by the 1st Defendant (Dr Juzar Mohsinbhai Jadiwala); and ii. RM5,000 by the 2nd Defendant (Kuala Terengganu Specialist Hospital Sdn Bhd)
With the Consent Judgment being entered, this case is now closed.
