We refer to the Company’s announcements made on 21 September 2020, 20 October 2020, 6 January 2021, 15 January 2021 and 4 March 2021 in respect of the suit filed by Gabungan AQRS Berhad and Trusvest Sdn Bhd (“the Plaintiffs”) against Mr Bernard Lim Soon Chiang (“Defendant”) [collectively known as “the Parties”].

The Company wishes to announce that the Parties attended the e-review case management on 1 April 2021 before the Deputy Registrar. The Plaintiffs’ application for further and better particulars of the Defendant’s Defence is fixed for hearing on 10th June 2021.

The Company will make further announcement on the above matter as and when there is a material development in relation thereof and/or upon receipt of any further directions from the Court.
