The Board of Directors of ICB wishes to make reference to the first announcement made by the Company on 29 October 2018 for being classified as a GN3 status company and followed by subsequent monthly announcements pursuant to GN3 made on the updates and developments.
Further to the monthly GN3 announcement on 1 March 2021, there has been no material development on the GN3 status as previously announced, save for the consequential changes to the Proposed Regularisation Plan announced on 30 March 2021 (“Updates”). The Updates have been submitted to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and Equity Compliance Unit of the Securities Commission Malaysia on 31 March 2021.
