The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the New ESOS. Reference is made to the approval obtained from the shareholders of DNEX for the New ESOS at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on 1 April 2021 ("EGM"). On behalf of the board of directors of DNeX, UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd ("UOBKH") wishes to announce that the effective date for the implementation of the New ESOS is 6 April 2021, being the date on which the Company is in full compliance with Paragraph 6.43(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
