On 25 February 2021, the Board of Directors of MRCB ("Board") declared a first and final single-tier dividend of 1.0 sen per ordinary share of MRCB ("MRCB Share") in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2020 ("Dividend").
The Board had also determined that the DRP, which was approved by the shareholders of the Company at the 49th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 14 July 2020, will apply to the Dividend, whereby shareholders will be given the option to elect to reinvest all or part of the Dividend in new MRCB Shares.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank Berhad had on 6 April 2021, announced that the issue price of the new MRCB Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposal has been fixed at RM0.44 per new MRCB Share.
Holders of Warrants B who wish to exercise their Warrants B and be entitled to the Dividend and DRP must lodge their duly completed and signed subscription forms together with the exercise monies with the share registrar of the Company, Boardroom Share Registrars Sdn Bhd by 5:00 p.m. on 8 April 2021.
