The Board of Directors of Frontken Corporation Berhad wishes to announce that its 91.25% owned subsidiary, AGTC, had on 6 April 2021 entered into a sale and purchase agreement with MH GOPOWER Company Limited (the “Vendor”) in relation to the Proposed Acquisition for a total cash consideration of NTD367.50 million or RM53.29 million) (Based on BNM average rate as at 6 April 2021; NTD1.00:RM0.145020).
