We are pleased to announce the proposed issuance by Maybank IB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over the GENTING Shares.

GENTINGC1D is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 9 December 2020 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. GENTINGC1D is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 15 December 2020, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 9 March 2021 and the Term Sheet dated 7 April 2021.

GENTINGC1D is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of GENTINGC1D is set out in the attachment.
