The Board of Directors of MGRC (“the Board”) wishes to announce that the Company had on 06 April 2021 entered into a Private Label, Right of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) with EOSTRE BERHAD [Registration Number: 201901019187 (1328516-T)] (“EOSTRE”) for procuring by EOSTRE of MGRC’s know-how to research, design, develop and provide genetic screening tests and other products under private label for sale to EOSTRE’s customers (“Transaction”).
