2)  The last date of lodgment : 3 May 2021
3)  Date Payable : 12 May 2021

Remarks:

The special dividend is:

1. to reward our loyal shareholders for keeping faith in Cepatwawasan Group Berhad despite the uncertain economic situation.

2. to hopefully help in mitigating any difficulties our shareholders might currently be facing as a result of the economic turmoil caused by COVID-19 pandemic.
