Refer to the circular dated 17 February 2021 issued by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in relation to among others, the Extension of Time for Submission of Quarterly and Annual Reports.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the Company would utilize the 1-month extension of time for issuance of the annual report for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 (“Annual Report”).
Therefore, the Annual Report would be issued on or before the extended due date, i.e. by 31 May 2021.
