Cahya Mata Sarawak Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for the following proposals at the forthcoming Forty-Sixth (46th) Annual General Meeting of the Company:

(1)  Proposed renewal of the authority for the Company to allot and issue shares pursuant to Section 76 of the Companies Act 2016; and

(2)  Proposed renewal of shareholders' mandate in respect of the authority for purchase by the Company of its own shares.

The Statement in connection with the proposal under item (2) will be issued to shareholders in due course.
