The Board of Directors of Engtex Group Berhad ("Engtex") wishes to announce that Engtex intends to seek the shareholders' approval on the following proposals at the forthcoming Twentieth Annual General Meeting:-
- Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and - Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority.
