The Board of Directors of Mclean Technologies Berhad wishes to announce that Mclean proposes to seek the shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Renewal of the existing Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature (‘Proposed RRPT Mandate Renewal’) at the forthcoming 11th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened on a date to be announced later. A circular containing information of the Proposed RRPT Mandate Renewal will be issued to the shareholders together with the 2020 Annual Report in due course.
