The Board of Directors of MBMR wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Twenty-Seventh Annual General Meeting of MBMR on proposed renewal of shareholders' mandate for the authority to the Company to purchase its own shares of up to ten per centum (10%) of the total number of issued shares and proposed renewal of shareholders' mandate for the Company and/or its subsidiaries to enter into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature with related parties ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandates").
A Statement/Circular to Shareholders containing details of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandates will be issued to the shareholders of the Company together with the Company's Annual Report 2020 in due course.
