The Company has received a notification on 8 April 2021 pursuant to Paragraph 14.09(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad from Tan Sri Dato' Seri Vincent Tan Chee Yioun ("TVST"), a director of a major subsidiary of the Company, on dealing in the securities of the Company outside the closed period by Tan Sri Dato' Seri Vincent Tan Chee Yioun, U Telemedia Sdn Bhd and Hotel Resort Enterprise Sdn Bhd of which TVST is deemed interested by virtue of Section 8 of the Companies Act 2016, as shown in the table below:
