The Board of Directors of DRB-HICOM Berhad ("DRB-HICOM" or "the Company") wishes to announce that it has recommended a first and final dividend of 2 sen per share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2020, which will be tabled at the forthcoming 31st Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened on a date to be announced later.

The Entitlement Date and Payment Date in respect of the proposed first and final dividend will be determined and announced in due course.
