This announcement is dated 8 April 2021 ("Announcement").
On behalf of the Board of Directors of GHL (“Board”), AmInvestment Bank Berhad (“AmInvestment Bank”) wishes to announce that GHL is proposing to undertake the following proposals:-
(I) proposed establishment of an employees’ share scheme (“ESS2021”) of up to 8% of the total issued share capital of GHL (excluding treasury shares, if any) at any point in time during the duration of the scheme for eligible Directors and employees of GHL and its subsidiaries (“GHL Group”) ("Proposed ESS2021"); and
(II) proposed termination of GHL's existing on-going executives' share scheme ("ESS2013") upon the Proposed ESS2021 coming into effect ("Proposed Termination of ESS2013").
