On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that based on the number of Shares on the Split Shares Entitlement Date of 8 April 2021, a total number of 1,691,894,669 Split Shares (including 88,898 treasury shares) (after disregarding the fractional entitlements arising from the Share Split) will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Friday, 9 April 2021, being the next Market Day immediately after the Split Shares Entitlement Date.
