2)  The last date of lodgment : 22 Apr 2021
3)  Date Payable : 21 May 2021

Remarks : 

The Board of Directors of Duopharma Biotech Berhad ("Duopharma Biotech" or the "Company") ("Board") has declared a single-tier second interim dividend of RM0.06 per ordinary share in Duopharma Biotech ("Duopharma Biotech Shares") in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2020. The Board has also determined the dividend reinvestment plan ("DRP") would apply to the second interim dividend.

Following the above, on behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd had on 22 February 2021 announced that the issue price of the new Duopharma Biotech Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRP has been fixed at RM3.08 per Duopharma Biotech Share.
