The Board of Directors of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad wishes to announce that, its 49% owned associated company, Kerjaya Bina BMK Sdn. Bhd. has on 9 April 2021 accepted a letter of award from BBCC Development Sdn. Bhd., a joint venture company set up by Employees Provident Fund, UDA Holdings Berhad and Eco World Development Group Berhad, in respect of construction of main building for a proposed development project located at Lot PT 50001, Seksyen 56, Off Jalan Hang Tuah / Jalan Pudu, Wilayah Persekutuan, Kuala Lumpur (“Contract”).
The total contract value for the Contract is Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred Fifty-Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Only (RM153,500,000.00).
