The Board of Directors ("the Board") of the Company is pleased to announce that pursuant to By-Law 19.3 of the By-Laws of the ESOS, the Board has approved the extension of ESOS for a further period of five (5) years from 12 May 2021 to 11 May 2026. All existing outstanding options granted shall therefore be exercisable up to the extended period. This announcement is dated 9 April 2021. |
