We refer to our announcements made on 4 July 2017, 7 July 2017, 15 December 2017, 14 September 2018, 14 December 2018, 14 March 2019 and 12 June 2019 in relation to the CMPA (“Announcements”), unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. Further to the Announcements, the Board wishes to announce that MRDSB had on 9 April 2021 entered into a Deed of Mutual Rescission and Revocation (“Deed”) with APSB (MRDSB and APSB shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually referred to as a “Party”) and the Parties have mutually agreed to terminate the CMPA (“Mutual Termination”). Please refer to the attachment for the details of the announcement. This announcement is dated 9 April 2021. |
