Further to the Company’s announcement made on 21 June 2019 ("Announcement") relating to the member's voluntary winding-up, the Company wishes to announce that the Liquidator has on 8 April 2021 confirmed that Superex Sdn Bhd, an inactive wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had been dissolved on 7 January 2021 pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Companies Act, 2016.
As stated in the Announcement, the winding-up is to simplify the structure of the MUIP Group, reduce costs associated with maintaining the subsidiary and has no financial or operational effect on the MUIP Group.
