Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of LBS Bina Group Berhad ("LBGB") wishes to announce the financial assistance provided by LBGB’s wholly-owned subsidiary, LBS Capital Sdn. Bhd., a licensed moneylending company, pursuant to its ordinary course of business for the quarter ended 31 March 2021. The details are set out in the attachment.
