On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the High Court had on 12 April 2021 granted the Company an order approving and sanctioning the Scheme pursuant to Section 210 of the CA (“Court Order”). The Scheme will take effect upon lodgement of the Court Order with the Registrar of Companies.
