On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on to-date (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the placement of 11,458,300 Placement Shares at RM0.525 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).

The Issue Price represents a discount of approximately 9.73% to the 5-day VWAP of Nextgreen Shares up to and including 9 April 2021 of RM0.5816, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date.
